These are among the first photos taken with my new Canon EOS-40D. The first four are from the Granville Bridge, photos 5 through 12 are from Queen Elizabeth Park, 13 is a flower at my parent's house and the last two are highly magnified shots of two different fruit flies. They were shot with the EF-S 60mm macro plus an extension tube and then highly cropped. The fruit fly is tiny, maybe only 3mm long! I amazed at the level of detail visible - the 60mm macro and Live-View on the 40D make a formidable macro setup...
