In the morning, by our camp near the Eureka Dunes (1-3) and then an abandoned mine area (4-39) with some very soft sulphurous dirt and lots of interesting colours, just east of the Eureka Valley on Death Valley Road leading in from the the north of the park. Photos at Scotty's Castle (41-44) and then a hike into an interesting looking, but "unmarked" area (45-60), in Death Valley Wash near the Ubehebe Crater. The next morning we were at the Inyo Mine ruins (61-77) and then drove north through the Saline Valley (78-85). We briefly explored the amazing ruins of the Saline Valley Salt Tram (86-91) and then drove past "Palm Springs" (92-100) and up through Steele Pass on a very rough backroad all the way back to the Eureka dunes via Dedeckera Canyon. The canyon drive was at night, so sadly I have no photos.
