Germany 2018 - Flight & Idar Oberstein

The first two shots were taken on the way to the airport, stopping by some roses of my father's, planted on a lawn bowling field in Coquitlam, BC, Canada. Photos 3-10 are during the flight, with number 4 and 6 showing a "Glory", an optical phenomenon that causes a ring around our shadow, exactly opposite the sun. Photo 11 was from my hotel room, just outside of Frankfurt on the first night. The rest of the photos were taken two days later in the town of Idar Oberstein.The inside shots were all taken in the Deutsches Mineralienmuseum or "German Mineral Museum".
These images were shot with my Fujifilm X-Pro2 and raw files were processed using Capture One Pro. Any shots with a focal length of 9mm were taken with a Laowa Zero-D 9mm f/2.8. GPS location is provided via Google Maps in a new browser window when you click the globe icon that shows at the upper left corner of most thumbnails.
